Job Title: Senior Engineer & Team Lead (AI / LLM)

Purpose
Own Rocket’s AI/LLM architecture and lead a high-performing engineering team to build a scalable, production-grade AI-powered code generation platform.
Your Mission
Lead prompt engineering initiatives, multi-model optimization, and cost-aware routing and fallback strategies
Design and deploy AI agent workflows for complex code generation use cases (React, Flutter)
Build robust evaluation and quality frameworks to assess generated code for performance, correctness, and maintainability
Own end-to-end production AI infrastructure including scalability, monitoring, security, and enterprise-grade compliance
Drive architectural decisions and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable AI-powered features
You Have
2+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production LLM systems at scale (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, or open-source models)
Strong expertise in prompt engineering, context engineering (RAG, vector databases, long-context systems), and AI agent orchestration (memory, state, multi-agent setups)
3+ years of engineering leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, performance reviews, architectural ownership, and cross-team execution
Full-stack development expertise with Python, Node.js, and React
Strong experience with production infrastructure including Docker, Kubernetes, model versioning, experimentation, and A/B testing
Good to Have
Experience with Next.js, Flutter, or React Native
Open-source contributions or strong familiarity with responsible AI practices, ethics, and bias mitigation
