2. User Roles and Responsibilities

a. Job Seekers

• Must provide accurate, complete, and current information in your profile and resume.
• Agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Consent to sharing your profile and resume with registered employers.

b. Employers / Recruiters

• Must represent legitimate companies in the IT industry.
• Agree not to post misleading job listings or collect information under false pretenses.
• Are responsible for compliance with applicable employment and data protection laws.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Platform to post or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Platform.

4. Content Ownership and License

Users retain ownership of the content they post (e.g., resumes, job listings). By posting content, you grant Postin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including text, design, logos, and software, is the property of Postin or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without written permission.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Postin does not guarantee job placement, candidate quality, or uninterrupted service. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Account Termination
