About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the IT services industry. This role will provide hands-on exposure to lead generation, client coordination, requirement understanding, and sales process management. The intern will work closely with the Business Development and Technical teams to support ongoing sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating leads for IT services including web development, mobile applications, cloud solutions, and software development.
- Research potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, databases, and other lead generation sources.
- Support in maintaining and updating lead data in CRM systems or tracking sheets.
- Help in understanding client requirements and documenting project details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align suitable technical profiles as per client requirements.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, calls, and interview coordination.
- Follow up with clients for meeting confirmations and feedback.
- Support in preparing basic proposals, presentations, and company profiles.
- Maintain proper records of leads, communications, and follow-up status.
- Learn about dedicated resource models and IT service offerings.
Requirement:
Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Strong interest in IT services sales and business development.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online research.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Sales & Business Development.
