Key Responsibilities
– Generate leads via LinkedIn and other platforms
– Connect & engage with US-based candidates
– Handle inbound & outbound calls
– Understand candidate profiles and career goals
– Explain services & convert leads into enrollments
– Build long-term candidate relationships
– Maintain data and track progress
– Stay updated with US job market trends
Requirements
– Excellent English communication (Verbal & Written)
– Strong convincing & interpersonal skills
– Comfortable working night shift (US timing)
– Basic LinkedIn knowledge (or willingness to learn)
– Positive attitude & eagerness to grow
Preferred Skills
– Sales / Counselling / Customer Support experience
– International calling or US staffing exposure
– LinkedIn Sales Navigator knowledge
– Basic understanding of visas (H1B, OPT, etc.)
