Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development
Executive (Sr. BDE) with 5+ years of experience to lead business growth initiatives. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-value leads, closing deals, managing
client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through platforms likeLinkedIn, and
direct outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate high-quality business opportunities through platforms such
as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer, and cold outreach.
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
● Build and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic clients
● Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and pitches
● Lead client discussions, negotiations, and deal closures
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
● Collaborate with technical teams for accurate project estimation and delivery
planning
● Maintain and track all sales activities in CRM tools
● Mentor and guide junior BDEs (if required)
● Ensure long-term client engagement and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
● Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and bidding platforms
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Strong understanding of IT services including Web Development, Mobile Apps,
UI/UX, and Cloud Solutions
● Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, etc.)
● Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
● Strong client handling and relationship management skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
