We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Cum BDE – US Staffing professional who can handle both internal recruitment and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in the US staffing domain while gaining exposure to client handling and revenue generation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
HR / Recruitment:
Source and screen candidates for internal hiring (US staffing roles)
Utilize job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster
Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
Manage candidate documentation, onboarding, and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Business Development (BDE):
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing market
Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients/vendors
Work on vendor onboarding and maintain a strong vendor network
🔹 Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in US staffing / recruitment / BDE
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of US work authorization (USC, GC, OPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD)
Basic understanding of bench sales / client acquisition is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced US night shift environment
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
