Mandatory: Degree in Design (UX/UI, Product Design, HCI, or related) from a recognised design institute

– Strong foundation in Human-Centered Design, user flows, and wireframing
– Hands-on expertise in Figma & design systems
– Experience running usability tests & translating research into actionable UI
– Curiosity for leveraging modern AI design tools to accelerate workflows
